Single-Ended Bus Transceiver

The Si9241AEY is a monolithic bus transceiver designed toprovide bidirectional serial communication in automotivediagnostic applications.The device incorporates protection against overvoltages andshort circuits to VBAT. The transceiver pin is protected and canbe driven beyond the VBAT voltage.
